Writing styles

Title Case follows common headline rules: short words such as “a”, “of”, “and”, and “the” stay lowercase unless they are the first or last word. Capitalize Each Word capitalizes every word without exception, which suits names and labels. Sentence case lowercases everything, then capitalizes the first letter after each full stop, question mark, exclamation mark, or line break.

Programming styles

camelCase and PascalCase are used for variables, functions, and class names. snake_case is common in Python, databases, and file names, while kebab-case is the standard for URLs, CSS classes, and page slugs — for example turning “Best Running Shoes 2026” into best-running-shoes-2026.

Tips
