Add custom text and page numbers to selected PDF pages, preserving the original content.
Supported formats: PDF. Existing content is not moved: text can overlap content near the edges. Encrypted PDFs must be unlocked first. The standard Helvetica font supports Western European text only; unsupported characters are rejected, not replaced. Existing headers are not removed. Editing can invalidate digital signatures.

How do I use it?
Choose your file, adjust the options and press “Add header & footer”. When it finishes, download the result.
How does it work?
Adds one-line text inside the visible page edges, respecting crop boxes and right-angle page rotations. {page} is the original page number and {pages} is the document's total page count. Long text shrinks to fit, down to 6 pt, or is rejected.
